CMO, Treetop ABA

Builder. Systems thinker.

I run marketing for a PE-backed healthcare platform across eleven states. I build the systems that make growth repeatable.

Build the system, then leave the room NYC Still figuring it out Flywheels, not funnels Youngest of 8 Complexity is the raw material Speed compounds The system is the product The work is the proof

Building systems
that outlast me.

Right now that means Treetop ABA. PE-backed, eleven states. I own patient acquisition, therapist recruitment marketing, and brand across every market we operate in.

Before this: crypto, fintech, media, agency. Different industries, same problem every time. Fragmented channels, no system, growth that depends on whoever happens to be in the room. I fix that.

I think in flywheels. Every input feeds the next output. That's how you scale without adding headcount.

Started building at 14.

14

Knocked on doors offering free Google Ads for 90 days. One client out of three stayed. That was enough.

16

Fell down the crypto rabbit hole. Studying blockchain, reading whitepapers, learning why this technology mattered.

17

Got into AI. Started a consulting and media firm.

19

Joined NFTzilla as Head of Media and Marketing. Grew a Twitter account from zero to ten thousand in 90 days. Launched a podcast. Got on stages.

20

Co-founded NFTuence, a Web3 marketing agency. Traveling, speaking at conferences, connecting creators with brands. Then stepped back on purpose. I wanted work that would outlast a news cycle.

22

Healthcare. Built marketing from scratch at an ABA therapy company. Hired the team, replaced the vendors, launched new states.

23

Left to join a PE-backed platform. Took over marketing for three ABA companies, consolidated them under one brand, and built the growth engine from scratch.

24

Building AI agent infrastructure on the side. Memory systems, context architecture, cross-model, cross-platform.

01

Systems beat hustle every time.

Anyone can work hard. Very few build things that work without them in the room.

02

Gut first. Data second. System third.

That's the order. Learn it, trust it, stop fighting it.

03

Give away the real stuff for free.

Gatekeeping is for people who don't have more to give.

04

God is watching even when no one else is.

My ethical floor isn't my reputation or what's legal. It's something older than that.

05

See the end, then figure out the path.

Most people plan their way into hesitation. I'd rather move toward the outcome and sort the route out mid-flight.

Working with Moishe at NFTuence was exceptional. He combines rare clarity of thought with deep integrity and ownership, turning ideas into reality with a level of precision and commitment that's hard to find.
